With Sherpa retaining the management of both long and short-stay lettings, the integrity of the Soleira community endures.
Owners choose between short-stay, long-term, or a hybrid model depending on how they want to use the residence. Marketing happens across the major short-stay platforms and the traditional rental channels, plus Sherpa’s own waiting-list of residents and referrals.
Tenancy management covers screening, lease drafting, bond handling, and routine inspections. Investor owners receive a quarterly statement with occupancy, yield, and maintenance summary. Maintenance is coordinated by the concierge team, so there is one point of contact, not five.
A rental guarantee option is available for investors who prefer predictable income; details of the guarantee tiers are confirmed during the buying process.
