SOLEIRA OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES

Stage one of the $550 million Flourish Soleira has officially launched at Palm Beach.

We have officially launched the first stage of the highly anticipated Flourish Soleira, a $550 million mixed-use development set to transform a prominent Palm Beach site.

Located across two development sites at 1150-1164 Gold Coast Highway and 3 Sixth Avenue, Flourish Soleira will comprise two architecturally designed 18-level residential towers, delivering 286 apartments, with more than 1,500sqm of retail and hospitality space, and an extensive suite of resident amenities.

Designed by HAL Architects, the project forms part of Sherpa Group's growing Flourish collection and has been carefully curated to create a connected community, from first home buyers and young professionals through to families, downsizers and retirees.

Sherpa Group Founder Christie Leet said Soleira was created in response to growing demand for quality housing options in Palm Beach, one of the Gold Coast's most sought-after coastal suburbs.

“We've created a project that delivers housing diversity, genuine community and exceptional lifestyle amenity, while ensuring opportunities remain available for people at different stages of life.”

The development will offer a broad range of apartment configurations, including one, two and three-bedroom residences, with a particular focus on housing diversity and liveability.

Construction begins 7 September 2026, with building partner LPS Group breaking ground at Soleira.

With 27 first home buyers already on the journey with us, and many others in the process of signing contracts we start the heavy lifting. COUNCIL APPROVAL RECEIVED

Approval secured for the second tower of a $500M Palm Beach precinct.

Sherpa Group has secured approval for the second tower in a $500 million mixed-use Palm Beach precinct, with Gold Coast City Council this week approving the 'north tower' to complement the already-approved 18-level south tower. The dual-tower project will deliver 280 apartments across one, two, three and four-bedroom configurations. The precinct will feature a major retail and dining hub with boutique offerings, transforming a key Gold Coast Highway block between Sixth and Seventh Avenues. The development will be delivered under Sherpa Group's Flourish brand, designed to create a vibrant lifestyle focal point while addressing Palm Beach's undersupplied apartment market.
