From enquiry to keys, in plain language

Buying off-the-plan doesn’t have to feel hard, we do the heavy lifting for you. Here’s exactly how the process works at Soleira.

    Register and explore

    Start by registering your interest on the Residences page. You'll unlock detailed floorplans, pricing and see what's available.

  2. 02

    Experience Flourish in person

    Come for a site tour or meet with our team one-on-one. We'll walk you through the floorplans that match your needs and answer questions about finishes, orientation, views, and construction updates.

  3. 03

    Reserve with a holding deposit

    When you've chosen a residence, a $10,000 AUD holding deposit secures your property for 10 business days while contracts are prepared.

  4. 04

    Review and exchange contracts

    Your solicitor reviews the contract of sale, including the disclosure statement covering body corporate and strata arrangements. You will then have 10 days to pay your 10% deposit, via cash or bank guarantee (ask us how).

  5. 05

    Construction updates

    While Soleira is being built, you receive monthly updates by email which includes site progress, photos and news. You'll also get invited to Hard Hat Tours and meet your neighbour style events.

  6. 06

    Settlement on completion

    Once Soleira reaches practical completion and the body corporate is established, settlement takes place. Welcome home!

  7. 07

    Move in and meet the neighbours

    On settlement day the concierge meets you at the threshold. From there, the rooftops are open, the services are live, and your time at Soleira begins.
