One continuous sense of arrival

Designed for community and connection, the northern aspect rooftop focusses on bringing people together. A private dining room and private lounge room, bookable by residents, capture views to Burleigh Headlands and beyond to Surfers Paradise.

An outdoor barbecue area and pizza oven serve a variety of social group sizes, from after work beers to a larger celebration. The wading pool sits right next to the pool, so the whole family can enjoy the spectacular coastal lifestyle.

There are also heated spas, a half basketball court, golf simulator, outdoor cabanas, sun lounges and plenty of outdoor seating, all designed for community, connection, and conversation.

The southern side of rooftop is where the day starts and where it settles. A fully equipped gym and a dedicated yoga room make it easy to move from one practice to the next without changing rooms.

Two saunas, a steam room, magnesium pool, spa and a cold plunge form the recovery suite. Treatment rooms welcome visiting practitioners for massage, physiotherapy, or remedial work.

There’s also work from home spaces and a boardroom.
