Sherpa Group is a privately owned, family company based on the Gold Coast. Founded in 2018, we are a fully integrated in-house team operating across the entire development lifecycle.

The numbers tell the story of a developer that does what it says: 16 completed projects, 7 projects in the pipeline, 1,009 apartments delivered or under construction, and a pipeline valued at more than $1 billion, all underpinned by a 100 per cent start-to-completion record.

Sherpa Group is explicit, and intentional, in building communities, not just buildings, with a community-first philosophy embedded in every project. That is what sits behind the name.
