Privacy Policy

Soleira is part of The Flourish Series by Sherpa Group. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through the Soleira website, in person, and over the phone. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and we try to go a little further than the minimum: to collect only what we need, to tell you plainly why, and to look after it once we have it.
What we collect
Most of what we hold, you gave us directly. When you register your interest, enquire about a residence, book an appointment, or begin a purchase, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the kind of buyer you tell us you are, and whatever you write in your message. If you chat with our AI assistant, the conversation itself is collected too, so our sales team can pick up where the assistant left off.
A smaller amount we observe. Our own first-party analytics record the pages you visit, when you visit them, and the general kind of device you use. We also keep a note of how you found us in the first place, such as the campaign link you clicked or the website that referred you. This is what lets us know which of our efforts are worth repeating. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Cookies and similar storage
We keep our cookies few, first-party, and named so you can find them. Some of what we store lives in your browser rather than in a cookie, and we list that here too. Here is the full set of cookies and browser storage:

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work; we will simply greet you as a stranger each visit.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments and site visits, keep you informed about Soleira as floorplans, pricing, and construction milestones are released, progress a purchase when you decide to buy, and understand which campaigns and channels bring people to us so we can plan the next season sensibly. If you would rather not hear from us, tell us once and we will stop.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the services that help us run Soleira, and only as much as each one needs:
- Salesforce, our customer relationship system, where enquiries and registrations are recorded for our sales team.
- Resend, which delivers our emails to you and our internal notifications.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and the infrastructure behind our own analytics, with servers located in the United States.
- Anthropic, whose AI models power the chat assistant. Chat messages are processed in the United States.
Because some of these providers are located overseas, chiefly in the United States, your information may be disclosed outside Australia. Under Australian Privacy Principle 8 we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, including through our contracts with them. Your information may also be shared within Sherpa Group and its related entities where that is relevant to your interest in Soleira.
How long we keep it
We keep raw analytics events for no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted or reduced to aggregate figures with the detail removed, and chat transcripts for no longer than 12 months. Enquiry and purchase records are kept for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.
Access, correction, and complaints
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Write to us at sales@sherpagroup.com.au or call 1300 327 299 and we will respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your information and we cannot resolve it together, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the effective date above. Meaningful changes will be noted here rather than made quietly. This version took effect on 2 July 2026.
