Finishes & fitout

What's included as standard in the kitchen and bathrooms?
Every residence comes with engineered or natural stone benchtops, Bosch or Gagganeau appliances (including a full-size dishwasher), engineered timber floor and ducted zoned air-conditioning. Joinery, cupboards and stone vary between floorplan types. Our sales team can walk you through exactly what your chosen residence includes.
Are colour schemes or cupboard finishes different between residences?
Finishes vary depending on the apartment type. The full materials schedule is shared with you during a private consultation, or you can register to see more information.
Can I customise my residence?
There is a defined window where buyers can select from a curated set of upgrade options, like including a washer and dryer, or pull-out mixer tap. Structural changes are not offered. The customisation window closes once construction commences, so please speak with the sales team early if this matters to you.

Pricing

Is the price I'm quoted by an agent the same as the published price?
Yes. Pricing on this website is the authoritative price list for the collection.
What's included in the residence price?
The price covers the residence itself, appliances and the standard finishes schedule, plus full access to both rooftops and the concierge service. Stamp duty, legal fees and body corporate contributions sit outside the purchase price.

Buying process

How does the deposit and buying process work, especially for first-home buyers?
A $10,000 AUD holding deposit secures the residence for 10 business days while contracts are prepared. You then sign your contract and a 10% deposit is payable within 10 business days. Settlement happens on completion.
Is the deposit refundable?
The $10,000 AUD holding deposit is fully refundable at any point before contract exchange, minus a $600 admin fee if you do not proceed to contract. The cooling-off period is waived for Soleira contracts, so once exchange occurs the contract is binding.
How do I arrange a site visit or private consultation?
Register your interest through the website and our team will reach out, or call us directly on 1300 327 299. We run both group tours and one-on-one consultations, and we're happy to arrange a time that suits you.

Construction & updates

When will Soleira be completed?
Construction is scheduled to start in September 2026, with completion targeted for Q3 2029. Both dates are subject to standard construction variances and are communicated to buyers in monthly email updates. Latest progress appears on our news hub.
What is the current approval status of the project?
Soleira is progressing through its development approval process with Council. Our sales team can share the current status at any time.
How will I hear about construction milestones?
Buyers receive monthly email updates covering site progress, photos, and news. We also post regularly on our social channels. You can see the most recent updates on our news page.

What are the body corporate fees?
Estimated body corporate fees are from $98–$220, depending on the size and location of your apartment.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, subject to approval.
